Shipping Policy
We offer FREE UPS ground shipping on orders over $50.00. For orders that
total under $50.00 the shipping charge will be $5.50. Shipping time will
be approximately 3-7 business days to all 48 U.S. states. Business days
are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Most
orders that are placed before 1PM are shipped the same day. Overnight and
2nd day DHL shipping is available on REPLACEMENT parts only. Performance
products cannot be shipped via overnight or 2nd day. All performance
products are shipped Fed Ex only. All overnight and 2nd day orders must be
received by 2PM.
Returns
No returns will be accepted after 21 days. Returns will not be accepted
without a return authorization number Merchandise MUST be in original
condition. All freight must be pre-paid by the customer; shipping charges
are not refundable. Service manuals, books, CD ROMs, and Special-order
Products are not returnable for any reason.
No returns on electrical parts if plugged in or unsealed for any reason. A
20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct
result of our error.

2. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors.
3. We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.
4. We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact e-mail address has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use e-mail to cancel such an order.
We trust that for the majority of orders it will not be necessary to even consider cancellation but this will be done should the need arise.
